Week 5: Soooo much traffic this morning driving to work, ughhh. Came to work like 5 minutes late but whatevs, they didn’t care. A bunch of clients in the lobby again since Wednesdays are our busiest days. Did a lot of chit chatting with clients today that were waiting for their rides. Alphabetized like 5 stacks of business cards……then I had to put them in a rotary card holder, omgahhhh. At the same time there were a bunch of people asking me questions or asking me to make phone calls and what not. Today was so hectic. Never had so many people talking to me at one time before. Don’t blame them, they’re blind and can’t see that I’m talking to someone else or that I’m busy, LOL. “I’m not blind, I just can’t see!” Hahahah, clients have such great humor. Went for a walk during my break and went to KFC for lunch. Sat and ate by myself, how awkward…forever alone! Walked back and had an hour left of work. I think I made a new best friend today and his name is Cornelius & he is 50 years old. LAWL. He’s always cracking jokes and trying to entertain me while I sit at my lonesome desk. Overall today was a very productive day at work. I always enjoy coming in on Wednesday because there’s so much friendly company around me. Skipped Ochem workshop today because I did not want to do a bunch of worksheets for 4 hours and spend 6 bucks for parking! I’m going to go make persimmon bread now. TOODLELOO.
